HS-80A Precision double-sided gluing machine
1. The hot melt adhesive roller gluing machine is specially designed for gluing flat materials. It is gluing according to product requirements and different materials. The thickness of the gluing can be adjusted, and the gluing speed can be adjusted.
2. The width of the glue can be customized according to the width of the product. The common specifications we produce can be divided into 200mm. 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and other sizes can be customized.
3. The new type of guide backflow device makes the adjustment more precise and stable.
4. The inner layer of the aluminum alloy melting tank has a permeable Teflon coating, which improves the efficiency of melting, saves energy and effectively reduces carbonization.
5. The main rotation system adopts non-stage speed regulation, rollers, independent temperature control of the glue tank, and double temperature protection. The rubber barrel adopts Teflon coating to greatly reduce the oxidation of the glue and ensure reliable product quality.
6. The gluing roller can be customized into flat, net, dot, groove and other shapes according to the needs of users.
